Recital 2026 Reminders

Show Day Drop-Off Times:

Students ages 6+: Drop off no later than 12:00 PM
Students ages 3–5: Drop off at 1:40 PM

Please make sure all students arrive with:

Hair and makeup done
Tights on
Costumes fully ready to perform

Drop-Off Location
There will be a side stage door with balloons marking the entrance.

This location will also be shown during Dress Rehearsal.
Parents must:

1. Sign in their child
2. A Flava Assistant will escort students to their class chaperone

​

Important Times:

Ticket Table Opens: 1:00 PM (inside lobby)
Lobby Doors Open: 1:00 PM
Theater Doors Open: 1:40 PM
Show Starts: 2:00 PM

Seating Information:

Seating is not assigned

Seating is first come, first served
Guests may begin lining up when the lobby opens at 1:00 PM

Required Items:

All costume pieces (hair accessories, gloves, etc.)

Backstage & Pick-Up Information
Can students leave after intermission?

No, students must remain until the end of the show

whole time?

Tiny Tot Pick-Up (Ages 3–5)
After the first half of the show:

Parents may pick up students ages 3–5 at the sign-in/sign-out table on the side of the theater

Families are encouraged to enjoy the rest of the show from the audience

Pick-Up After the Show (Ages 6+)

​

After the recital:

1. Go to the side of the building
2. Sign out your child
3. Pick up your dancer

Afterward, visit the lobby photo booth for pictures.

Is My Child Alone Backstage?
No. Each class will have a designated chaperone including:

Teachers
Assistants
Experienced show helpers

Chaperones will supervise students, help with activities, crafts, and games until performance time.

Intermission Information

There will be a 15-minute intermission with snacks and drinks available for purchase.
