Dress Rehearsal Reminders

Where is Dress Rehearsal?
Dress rehearsal will be held at:
Tohopekaliga High School
This is the same location as the recital.

Dress Rehearsal Date
Saturday, June 6th
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Dress rehearsal is mandatory. Each class will have a designated rehearsal time.Schedules will be posted at the studio and on the website.

What To Do When You Arrive
The sign-in/drop-off table will be located at the door to the right of the lobby entrance. Look for the sign with balloons.

Upon arrival:

Sign your child in at the sign-in table
Take a seat in the designated parent seating area in the auditorium

What Time Should I Arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your designated rehearsal time.
Do not be late.

​

Do I Have to Stay the Whole Time?
No. Each class has a designated rehearsal time slot and only needs to attend during that scheduled time. You are free to leave once your child’s rehearsal is complete.

​

Who Is Allowed at Dress Rehearsal?
Only:
One parent or guardian
The student performer

No siblings, grandparents, family friends, or additional guests are permitted in the auditorium.

All students must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be dropped off alone.

​

How Should My Child Arrive?
Students should arrive:
In full costume
With hair and makeup completed
They should be fully performance-ready, just like recital day.

​

Can We Take Pictures or Videos?
Yes. Parents and chaperones are welcome to take photos and videos during dress
rehearsal.

Please:
No flash photography

Parent Responsibilities
Parents are responsible for supervising their child during dress rehearsal. Please make sure children are not running around the venue.

You may bring:
Water in a leak-proof bottle
A snack

We will also have water and snacks available for purchase.
Please note:

No juice or soda allowed (water only)
Clean up your area before leaving

​

Upon Leaving
Before leaving, please:
Make sure you have all belongings and costumes
Sign your child out

​

What Happens If We Miss Dress Rehearsal?
If your child does not attend dress rehearsal, they will not be permitted to participate in
the recital.

There are no refunds for:
 

Costumes
Show tickets
Participation fees

​

Photo Pick-Up
If you purchased pictures during the photo shoot, they will be available for pick-up at dress rehearsal at the photo table.

El ensayo general es obligatorio.
Cada clase tendrá un horario asignado para ensayar. Los horarios serán publicados:

• En el estudio

• En la página web

Qué Hacer al Llegar

La mesa de registro/entrega estará ubicada en la puerta a la derecha de la entrada principal del lobby. Busque el letrero con globos.

Al llegar:
1. Registre a su hijo(a) en la mesa de entrada
2. Tome asiento en el área designada para padres dentro del auditorio

¿A Qué Hora Debo Llegar?
Por favor llegue 30 minutos antes de la hora asignada para su ensayo.
No llegue tarde.

​

¿Tengo Que Quedarme Todo el Tiempo?
No.
Cada clase solo necesita asistir durante su horario asignado. Puede retirarse una vezque el ensayo de su hijo(a) haya terminado.

​

¿Quién Puede Asistir al Ensayo General?

Solamente podrán asistir:

 

•  Un padre, madre o tutor

•  El estudiante participante

No se permitirá la entrada a:

 

• Hermanos

• Abuelos

• Amigos de la familia

• Invitados adicionales

Todos los estudiantes deben venir acompañados por un adulto y no pueden ser dejados solos.

​

¿Cómo Debe Llegar Mi Hijo(a)?
Los estudiantes deben llegar:

 

• Con el vestuario completo

• Peinado listo

• Maquillaje terminado

​

Deben llegar completamente listos para presentarse, igual que el día del recital.

​

¿Podemos Tomar Fotos o Videos?
Sí. Los padres y acompañantes pueden tomar fotos y videos durante el ensayo general.

Por favor recuerde:

• No se permite fotografía con flash

Responsabilidades de los Padres
Los padres son responsables de supervisar a sus hijos durante el ensayo general.

Por favor asegúrese de:

• Que los niños no corran dentro del lugar

• Mantener limpia su área antes de retirarse

Puede traer:

• Agua en una botella que no derrame

• Un refrigerio o merienda

También tendremos agua y snacks disponibles para la venta.

Importante:

• Solo se permite agua

• No se permiten jugos ni refrescos

• Limpie su área antes de salir

​

Antes de Irse

Antes de retirarse, recuerde:

 

• Revisar que tenga todas sus pertenencias y vestuarios

• Firmar la salida de su hijo(a)

​

¿Qué Sucede Si Faltamos al Ensayo General?

Si su hijo(a) no asiste al ensayo general, No habrá reembolsos por:

 

• Vestuarios

• Boletos del show

• Cuotas de participación

​

Entrega de Fotos
Si compró fotografías durante la sesión de fotos, estarán disponibles para recoger en la mesa de fotos durante el ensayo general.
